This dress is in perfect condition with a built in french bustle and sew-in b-cups.

It's made of an incredibly luxurious silk crepe and is very very light. It's about as heavy as a sundress.
I ordered it as a split size - 0 on top and 2 on the bottom. My seamstress recommended ordering a size closest to my actual and I have wide hips.
Alterations
Very few alterations were done on this dress. The straps were shortened, the dress was hemmed, and cups were built in.
